Silas Martinez, PhD

Dr. Silas Martinez is a seasoned leader, educator, and strategic advisor with over 30 years of service as a U.S. Army officer, culminating in the rank of Colonel and a faculty appointment as Associate Professor at the United States Army War College--the Army's Executive Education program. He brings nearly a decade of experience teaching leadership at the executive level. He founded Martinez Leadership Group to help leaders navigate complexity, drive meaningful change, and lead with purpose.

 

Silas holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and has served in diverse leadership, academic, and consulting roles across the military, government, and private sectors. He has taught and advised senior leaders on strategic leadership, negotiations, national security policy, and organizational change—in both resident and hybrid learning environments.
